If a ticket cancellation is requested after 24 hours as a risk-free cancellation, a Thai Smile cancellation fee of $100 to $500 will apply. If you cancel your Thai Smile flight within 24 hours of scheduled departure, a Thai Smile cancellation fee of $100 to $400 will apply. You can still request a cancellation even if you have already cancelled your flight ticket.
